You authorize us to access your Instagram Business Account through Meta's official APIs. You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's Terms of Use.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@xstellar.systems.
Our Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing and plans are available at xstellar.systems. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.
If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service after reasonable notice.

Instagram data obtained through our Service may only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Meta's policies. You may not use Instagram data to build a similar or competing service, create user profiles for advertising, or contact users outside of Instagram without consent.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by XStellar Systems and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your Instagram messages and lead data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for providing the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF RESULTS, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XSTELLAR SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through account settings or by contacting support@xstellar.systems.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, fail to pay subscription fees, or violate Meta's policies.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately, we will delete your Instagram access tokens, lead data in your Airtable remains under your control, and no refunds will be issued for unused subscription time (except as required by law).
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through negotiation, and if negotiation fails, binding arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
